The TEC5V4A-DAH is designed for driving TECs with high stability, high energy efficiency, zero EMI, and small package. The module comes with a high stability low noise 3.0V voltage reference for setting the desired object temperature by using a POT or a DAC. In addition, it has a maximum current and voltage of 4A and 4.8V respectively, and a power supply of 4.75V to 6V (specify 5V when ordering). The module is packed in DIP package and fits the RoHS compliance well.
