ATE1-19-4ASH is a sealed, high-temperature thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier) module built for miniaturized, high-precision temperature-control applications. It contains 19 pairs of Peltier elements housed in an ultra-compact 20 × 10 × 4.0 mm package, delivering solid-state heating and cooling with no moving parts. The sealed edge construction protects the internal Peltier elements from moisture and extends operational life, while the “H” high-temperature variant supports an extended operating temperature range of -60°C to +200°C.
