ATI warrants the performance of its products for one year to the specifications applicable at the time of sale, except where products have been damaged by misuse, abuse, or other improper handling. Products found not to meet specifications within one year from the date of sale may be exchanged free of charge.

ATI reserves the right to make changes to its products or to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Customers are advised to obtain the latest version of all relevant information and to verify, before placing orders, that the information being relied upon is current and complete.

All products are sold subject to the terms and conditions of sale supplied at the time of order acknowledgment, including those relating to warranty, patent infringement, and limitation of liability. Testing and other quality control techniques are utilized to the extent ATI deems necessary to support this warranty. Specific testing of all parameters of each device is not necessarily performed, except where mandated by government requirements.

Customers are solely responsible for the design and operation of their applications using ATI components. To minimize risks associated with their applications, customers must provide adequate design and operating safeguards to reduce inherent and procedural hazards. ATI assumes no liability for application assistance or for customer product design.

ATI does not warrant or represent that any license, express or implied, is granted under any patent, copyright, mask work right, or other intellectual property right of ATI covering or relating to any combination, machine, or process in which such products or services might be or are used. ATI’s publication of information regarding any third-party products or services does not constitute ATI’s approval, warranty, or endorsement of such products or services.

Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership: ATI retains ownership of all rights in its proprietary technologies and techniques embedded in its products, including mechanical and optical designs, as well as all modifications, improvements, and inventions made by ATI for its products and/or projects.

Return Policy

Complete customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If there are any problems with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below and we will be happy to assist you with a return.

We offer a full refund or exchange for any faulty or damaged item when you contact us within 30 days of the date received (shipping charges not included). We may ask you to provide evidence of the faulty item in order to determine the technical problem.
Returned items for a refund must be unopened and in new condition. They must be in the original box and include all components and packing materials.
To enable quick processing of your return, please call us at 408-748-9100 to obtain an RMA number before shipping the product back to us.
If for any reason you decline to accept the parcel at delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost in addition to the original shipping cost.
For resistor kits, capacitor kits, and inductor kits, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Customers are responsible for shipping the kits back to us in their original good condition. After inspection, we will refund 80% of the product cost, excluding the original shipping fee paid with the order.
