CWD-01-V2-D is a constant current CW laser driver module designed for driving diode lasers with up to 2A output current.
It features high efficiency (≥90%), ultra-low current noise in the 0.1Hz–10Hz band, and high stability of 100ppm/°C,
making it suitable for demanding applications such as DPSSL, EDFA, fiber lasers and direct diode lasers.
The driver is packaged in a compact 6-sided metal DIP enclosure, which provides excellent EMI shielding and easy PCB mounting.

Control & Monitor Functions
- LIS pin: 0–2.5V control signal sets laser current from 0–2A linearly
- LIO pin: 0–2.5V analog monitor output proportional to the actual laser current
- 2.5VR pin: low-noise 2.5V reference (up to 3mA) for setting current or for ADC/DAC reference
- LDGD / LIGD: digital and analog “laser good” indication pins to show loop and diode status
- SDN pin: logic-level shutdown control input
